• Order processing and shipping time: We usually take 2-3 working days in process your order and it will be deliver with 3-5 days once shipment is created.

Cancellation Policy: 

​

• All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) 5 calendar days before the start of the course or after the start of the course within 5 days or 3 classes and will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of total fees + GST 18%.

• Cancellations made after 3 classes will be charged the full course registration fee i.e. 25% of total fees.

• Registrants who do not attend on the day will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged the full course registration fee. We regret that registrations cannot be transferred to another course.

Refund Policy:

​

• Training & Internship: If Nation Innovation cancels the training course/batch for any reasons, 100% refund will be paid to the trainee/candidate.

• Once the course starts, the course fee will not be refunded for any reasons and under any circumstances, except for the valid health issues, with proper medical certificate from the authorised medical officers.

• Project cost will be 100% refunded in case Nation Innovation cancel the projects and Partial refund of 50% will be provided if customer want to cancel project order after 24 hrs of payment. 

• As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Nation Innovation, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

• All refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days after the refund request is approved by Nation Innovation.
